Founder lists leftover work with a price. Buyer pays for a scanned vault copy, inspects for three days, then gets admin on that copy.
Co-financing
Same GitHub scan, no vault sale. Founder asks for funding, help, or both and keeps the original. Open tasks and help asks also sit on Side Peels. Equity stays off-platform.
Need hands
Not a sale. The founder keeps the repo.
